What are your artwork specifications?

File formats preferred are Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps and .pdf files. Supply all linked files and fonts, or outline all fonts in file.
NB: Word documents can only be used for a type reference, not as fine art.Please contact your sales representative or our customer service department to request more information.

What if I want a completely customised product?

If your minimums are high enough we can work with you to custom design your own packaging. Longer lead times apply for custom made products, taking 10-12 weeks to produce from artwork approval. The minimum order quantity is approximately 10,000 pieces.Please contact your sales representative or our customer service department to request more information.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is $200.00 AUD.

When will my order be shipped?

Stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. If we are out of stock, you will be contacted.For completely customised products, orders can take up to three months to be received.

What are my options for payment?

We accept payment through Bank Transfer, Visa and MasterCard.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?

Once you've added an item to your cart, click Checkout. In the payment section, there is a Discount Coupons field. Enter the coupon code relevant to your order.The coupon code will apply the discount only to the items specified in the product special.
